When will my order ship?

It depends on what you ordered! Here's a quick breakdown:

If you need your item for a specific event, order at least 2.5 weeks in advance for apparel, or 1 week in advance for everything else — just to be safe!

Why hasn't my tracking number updated?

Tracking emails go out when the shipping label is purchased — not when the package is dropped off. Please allow 24–48 hours after your shipment confirmation email for tracking to show accurate info.

My order says delivered but I didn't get it. Help!

If your order is lost or was marked delivered without you receiving it, please file a claim directly with USPS. Unfortunately once a package is dropped off I'm not able to track it down myself — but filing a claim is your best bet!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final — so please double-check that size guide before you order! If you're unsure which size to pick, email me before buying and I'll help you out. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, I'll replace it. Accidentally ordered the wrong color or style? Unfortunately those can't be swapped out.

I put in the wrong shipping address — what do I do?

Email me within 1–2 days of ordering and I'll try to catch it before it ships! Include your order number in the subject line. Once the package is out the door, I can't redirect it and won't be able to issue a refund. If the package is returned to me due to a bad address, allow up to 4 weeks for it to come back — then I'll charge a reshipment fee to send it out again.

My order arrived damaged or I received the wrong item!

Oopsies — let's fix that! Email me with your order number in the subject line and a photo if possible. I'll get a replacement sorted out for you ASAP.

How does your apparel fit?

Fit varies by item! Each product has its own size chart — please reference that for the most accurate sizing information before placing your order. Still have questions? Email me and I'll help you out!

How should I wash my apparel?

Pretty please machine wash all apparel items inside out on cold! Colors can fade or bleed if washed on hot — take care of your new fave piece! 🧺
